Order Cancellation

For some reasons you may want to cancel an order after made, in that case, cancellation must be requested before the order has been prepared or dispatched. Or it ill incur cancellation fee, which is a 15% of the total order amount. We process all orders as quickly as possible within 8-12 hours after orders placing, and we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed.

Return Policy

Stellamccartneybag.co.uk stands by every product we sell and we want you to be satisfied with the purchase you make. If you do not satisfied with your purchased, you can return it to us for a refund or exchange. To assist you in the return of your item, please follow the instructions:

  • Send us an email to request a return within 7 days after receiving the product;

  • All items must be returned in mint condition i.e., have not been worn, altered or washed and all tags have to be attached.

  • Please remember that you are the customer who responsible for the return until we have received and registered it, so always save your deposit slip. It can sometimes take up to 14 days for a return to come to us and treated in our store;

  • Do not send your purchase back to the address on the package;

  • If your return is received and inspected everything goes well, we will notice you by email or call. Also your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to the original method of payment within 7 days. Depending on the type of credit card used or on your bank, credits may take up to 10-30 days to appear on the statement of your credit card.

    Note: We are not responsible for what could happen to the returned items during shipment back, if we receive them damaged we can't accept the refund.

    Exchange Policy

  • We will accept an exchange (if stock available) on any unworn/unused goods (faulty or otherwise) within 7 days of dispatch. Please contact us with your name and Order ID, one of our customer service will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you should return your items for a refund* (as per Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer.

  • Please do contact us before sending the items back. All items sent back to us must be in their original condition i.e. not worn, altered or washed, with all tags attached. Worn or dirty items will not be accepted.

  • We do not cover the shipping cost of exchanges, you will be responsible for the return postage and for the shipping and handling cost of shipping the exchanged items back to you. Additionally, We recommend that you add tracking and insurance when sending items to us for your own protection, as we cannot be responsible for lost shipments. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
